Aussie Hoops participants can now purchase a NEW and improved Aussie Hoops participant pack via Mber+ our merchandise store. Our pack will provide children with the essential items required to begin their Ford Aussie Hoops basketball journey.
Parents can choose between three different pack options.

Order Status
Status : Processing = Order is placed successfully and valid for warehouse team to process
Status: Awaiting Payment = Order is placed; however, the payment is not yet completed. Order will be “awaiting payment” within 24 hours.
Customers can pay again during this period to After 24 hours; it will be automatically cancelled.
Status: Dispatched = Order is completed and generated tracking number – ready to send out
Status: Pending = This status for “Sync” – order is synced from mber+ platform to Shipstation (IAthletic warehouse) for processing yet.
Cut of time of sync is 12pm every day. All new valid orders (payment status = paid / order status = processing) will be synced to Shipstation
- Pending: Order not yet synced
- Synchronized: Order is synced to Shipstation
Important information:
Participants’ packs are dispatched within 3-5 business days of the registration being submitted. Packs can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days (remote areas may experience longer delivery times).
